Susan Rahman, FCA, Managing Partner, KWSR, to speak at Accountex

May 10th, 2018, Merton: Having run a successful business for the last 25 years, Susan Rahman, FCA, Managing Partner, KWSR, has accepted an invitation to speak at this year’s Accountex Exhibition on Thursday, May 24th at 4pm in the Business and Finance Theatre. Her presentation lifts the lid on ‘What makes clients fall in love with you and most importantly, if they leave what to do to make them come back.’

Over the last few years, Susan has taken a special interest in identifying the 5 most crucial aspects of a growing practice and how to ensure they are working together in harmony. Her insights are invaluable and come directly from her own experience having lifted her own client retention rates from 85% to 99.9% in 2017 and from seeing clients who had previously left, walk back through the doors.

“My eureka moment came after many months of soul searching when I finally realised that my business was not just made of one component, it was made up of 5 senses,” Susan comments. “If I could get all 5 senses of my business working together in harmony I would stop stagnating and finally start retaining clients and growing.”

Susan runs KWSR, a thriving firm in South West London and is the author of an entertaining blog – ‘Growing Pains' – a secret diary about surviving running an accountancy business and sometimes, even enjoying it. She has put her experience to practical use with the development of Onkho – a technologically advanced productivity tool to streamline the running of a practice and improve workflow and planning. This tool picks up where others leave off and addresses the challenges faced by today’s busy practices and provides the missing technology piece in the practice jigsaw.

See Onkho in action at Accountex, on Wednesday, 23rd and Thursday, 24th May 2018 at ExCel in London on stand 796. Free tickets for Accountex can be booked in advance by clicking here.

Onkho addresses the challenges faced by today’s busy practices. It is the brain child of Susan Rahman, who has her own thriving firm in South West London and her husband, Emanur, who was an accountant at the BBC and a CTO at the London Stock Exchange, to develop the missing technology piece in the practice jigsaw. Since starting to use Onkho, Susan's client retention has increased from 85% to 99%.
