Golden tickets are hidden in reusable coffee cups on Onkho stand 976
May 16th, 2018, Merton: Onkho, developers of a powerful new Cloud Practice Management System for accountants, is putting a fun twist to Accountex by offering the finders of 6 golden tickets, free use of Onkho for life. The golden tickets have been hidden in reusable coffee cups that are being given away on their stand.
The idea is based on the Roald Dahl book, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and is to celebrate the official launch of the latest version of Onkho, which helps accountants to deliver a high touch service by using technology to automate key tasks. In a departure from the children’s book, it is not just golden tickets that have been hidden. There are also 6 silver tickets that entitle those that locate them to use Onkho free for a year and also a number of grey tickets that give their finders the chance to try Onkho for free for 14 days.
Those who find the tickets will gain access to a fully functional practice management system comprising 4 integrated modules:
Workflow for planning, allocating and tracking deadlines
Fully featured system CRM system
Communication for automated reminders and sending and receiving messages
Insights to see the status of client jobs and check progress
Emanur Rahman, CEO, Onkho says: “We are thrilled with the latest version of Onkho and have decided to celebrate its introduction with a Golden Ticket competition. It adds an element of fun to the show and everyone loves the moment when Charlie finally finds his own golden ticket, so he can go to the Willie Wonka Chocolate Factory. We would like to invite everyone to come along to our stand and see if they are lucky enough to find a golden ticket.”
Onkho gives practices a 360-degree view of each client along with notes, messages, meeting notes, which are all kept in one place, so the entire team can work as one. It automates repetitive tasks and helps to record and track what is happening with clients and ensures deadlines are never missed. It gives accountants the flexibility to focus on providing the highest levels of customer service and adding value and not just producing numbers.
Onkho can be found on Stand 976 at Accountex, on Wednesday, 23rd and Thursday, 24th May 2018 at ExCel in London. Free tickets for Accountex can be booked in advance by clicking here.
Onkho addresses the challenges faced by today’s busy practices. It is the brain child of Susan Rahman, who has her own thriving firm in South West London and her husband, Emanur, who was an accountant at the BBC and a CTO at the London Stock Exchange, to develop the missing technology piece in the practice jigsaw. Since starting to use Onkho, Susan's client retention has increased from 85% to 99%.
