Step one of the Onkho journey is free so abandon the spreadsheets
September 6th, 2018, Merton: Onkho announced today that it has accepted an invitation to take part in the forthcoming Tag Annual Conference 2018. The conference will take place on Wednesday, 19th September at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth, Warwickshire and runs from 8.30am until 4.30pm.
The TAG Accountants community is respected for monitoring leading edge trends and its invitation to Onkho demonstrates an awareness of how Cloud technologies and especially this innovative new Cloud Practice Management system, has the potential to transform how practices are run.
Emanur Rahman, CEO, Onkho says: “We are honoured to be the only stand-alone Practice Management software developer to have been asked to attend and welcome the opportunity to meet informally with TAG members and to talk about how technology can help meet some of the current challenges facing the profession and deliver the level of insights needed to make savvy decisions.”
The Onkho USP lies in the fact that it works in a very different way to other Practice Management systems. It puts the client at the centre of everything and recognises that Accountants don’t just deliver accounts and tax returns to their clients: they deliver a service. It is a highly flexible system that can be configured exactly to the practice’s requirements.
Onkho comprises 4 modules:
Workflow for planning, allocating and tracking deadlines (free use for life)
A fully featured CRM system
Communication for automated reminders and sending and receiving messages
Insights to report on anything from the status of jobs to up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Delegates attending will be able to take advantage of the Onkho commitment to make the first step of the journey free, which means the accountants can use the Workflow module of the system for planning, allocating and tracking deadlines without charge and for life. “For Accountants that are still using spreadsheets, this is a free and easy first step to getting ready for the challenges of Making Tax Digital.”
Onkho includes cloud storage for client documents for its customers as an industry-beating no-cost extra. Customers on Onkho’s Pay As You Grow plan get 4GB per client and those on Onkho’s 100 Plan can take advantage of 1 Terabyte in total.
Onkho picks up where others leave off and addresses the challenges faced by today’s busy practices. It is the brain child of Susan Rahman, who has her own thriving firm in South West London and her husband, Emanur, who was an accountant at the BBC and a CTO at the London Stock Exchange, to develop the missing technology piece in the practice jigsaw. Since starting to use Onkho, Susan's client retention has increased from 85% to 99%.
